20171206 Challenge to visit the disaster zone

Days of heavy rain have flooded Malaysia’s East coast states of Kelantan and Terengganu. In Kelantan state alone, about 14,000 people were evacuated within nine counties. Local Tzu Chi volunteers immediately started the work of disaster relief and gave out aid supplies at the evacuation centers.
